Everyone loves shit like cheeze-its, goldfish, etc. But what if you could make this shit yourself, healthier, and at a fraction of the cost?? Well, here you go!

Ingredients:
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 tbps unsalted butter
- 1 cup AP flour
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 2 tbsp cold-ass water
Instructions:
- Pulse all ingredients except the water in a food processor so it evenly combines
- Slowly add in the water, until it forms into a dough
- Remove the dough from the processor and tightly wrap in saran wrap and then put into the fridge to chill for at least 20 minutes
- Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and use a rolling pin to roll out into a desired thickness (about 1/4″)
- Use whatever you have on hand to cut out small shapes from the dough and place them on a greased parchment papered baking sheet (I personally used a bottle cap which was great!)
- You will likely need to reform the dough ball and roll it back out, cutting more shapes as you go until you use up all the dough
- Bake the ‘pieces’ at 350F for 15 minutes, until nice a d fluffed and crispy
- Serve…and enjoy!!
